• Valid Driver's License/State-Issued ID

• Social Security Card/Visa

• Proof of Income (2 Most Recent Pay Stubs/Tax Returns/Bank Statements)

• Residential Rent History and Contact Information for Previous Landlords

 

Married couples may file a joint application, but individual lease holders over the age of 18 must submit separate rental applications. Applicants must meet a combined gross income requirement. Apartment selection and move-in date are based on availability and will not be confirmed until the entire application process is complete.
