We WILL be performing maintenance, but now only on an emergency basis. However, we are expanding emergency maintenance to include appliances and other major items you might require to remain reasonably comfortable in your homes.
Our offices are closed to all but a few members of our staff. All other members of our office staff are working remotely from home, following government guidelines. The tennis courts and playgrounds are closed.
Please do not contact maintenance for non-emergency items. Please follow government guidelines for social distancing at all times and especially while maintenance technicians are in your apartment. Please follow government guidelines because these guidelines are the key to limiting the spread of this coronavirus.

The Gebhart Properties front entrance will be closed. All deliveries can be made to the Leasing Office on the side of the building.
All non-essential staff will be working from home. Employees can still be reached at the main number during regular business hours.
Reduced staff in the leasing office will begin. As many leasing procedures as possible will be moved online.
Maintenance staff will remain on duty.

As a precaution, following the recommended CDC guidelines, if any resident has symptoms related to COVID-19, please notify our office by calling (410) 316-1340 or emailing email@example.com. Please state that you are experiencing symptoms and list your address and unit number.
If you do experience symptoms, please refrain from submitting any non-emergency maintenance request. Our maintenance technicians will not be completing non-emergency requests in units with symptomatic residents. In cases of emergency, please contact the maintenance line to request service and notify them of your symptoms.
We also ask that residents who are experiencing symptoms do not come into the corporate or leasing offices.
Any resident with symptoms should contact their primary care doctor and avoid contact with other individuals.
